We know from experience that most faults on electronic musical equipment can be repaired so it's always worth
contacting us to discuss your options. Where possible we will repair faults on site through our call out service.
Otherwise we have a collect and return delivery service to repair in our workshop.
• EDUCATION SERVICES - We have excellent working relationships with many schools in the region and understand
their need for an efficient and cost effective solution to their particular needs. Our qualified engineer has many years
experience of working with music departments and is CRB cleared. We are able to respond to most problems
immediately.
• CHURCH AND LARGE VENUES - We understand how important it is to ensure repairs are undertaken quickly to
ensure services and performances are not affected. We are able to provide a speedy call out service to make repairs
to large instruments on site.
• WARRANTY REPAIRS - If your instrument is still covered by your manufacturers warranty you must first contact
your music retailer to report the fault under your warranty agreement and pass our details to the retailer to recommend
us to carry out your repair. Your music retailer will contact us and we can then carry out your repair. We provide
warranty repairs for most musical retailers in the area and also manufacturers such as Yamaha Music Europe, Roland
UK, Casio etc.
• NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS - Ring or email for a free no obligation quote. Most faults can be recognised over the
phone but sometimes the fault can only be diagnosed on site in which case a call out charge will be applicable.
• SPARES - We are able supply spare parts and manuals for most makes and models. Please contact us with your
requirements and we'll be happy to help.
• COMMON FAULTS - Sticky keys, broken keys, faulty sustain, keying faults, spillage damage, faulty screens. All of
these are repairable so please give us a ring to discuss your particular needs.
